  1. Thanks Pete - I was using the older version....now running your latest, and it's working! Jim
  2. Hi - I just updated to P3D v5.4, and could not run makerunways....here is the log - Anyone else report this access violation problem? Thx. Runways.txt
  3. Yeah, a totally random decision on my part to move those throttles a little bit, and everything returned to normal. Thanks, and we now have a rain storm headed this way, due to hit tomorrow, which could cause mudslides....it ain't over 'til it's over!
  4. Thanks, yeah, it got VERY close to my home...firefighters saved my neighborhood, except 3 homes on the south perimeter that were tragically burned to the ground....so much devastation, over 600 homes burned down in Malibu....horrible.... Anyway---I found the problem - my GF TQ6 was sending the signal! So problem solved! 🙂 Thanks, Jim
  5. Hi - I was temporarily disrupted by the horrific firestorm in Malibu 10 days ago, but extremely fortunate that my home was not burned. I tried changing the repeat rate down to none in the FS settings, and also reduced the repeat rate in Windows for keyboard - problem still exists.... (My main sim for some time now has been X-Plane 11....) Jim
  6. Hmmmm....just tried that, and same problem exists without joystick attached to PC.....
  7. Hi - I just tried that and it didn't work...same problem.
  8. I can't even fly it because the trim is pinned at 13.0 at start up. I reset all axes to default, and that didn't change anything. I'm wondering if my yoke is "dying" though it works fine in X-Plane 11....
  9. Yes, yoke was centered while calibrating....
  10. Hi - you mean trim sensitivity? no...I'll give that a try and report back.... Tried changing sensitivity - no change, problem still exists.
  11. Hi - I have the E-Jets v2 series for both FSX and P3D v4.3, and I cannot set the trim in either sim - it's "pegged" at 13.0, with the aural warning TRIM. If I use the num7, it will move the trim down into the green, but when I release the key, it moves back up to 13.0. I'm running Win7-64. My hardware setup is Saitek Cessna yoke, throttle, and pedals, along with the GoFlight Airliner Captain hardware. Any help/ideas would be appreciated. Thanks, Jim
  12. Do you have the latest updated version installed? If not, you should be able to download the latest installer which should give you the option to select the Wide Panel view.
  13. Hi - in the Configuration program, go to the Start Up tab and select the Wide (16:9) button under Screen Mode (V2 only), then click OK....you should be good to go,
  14. Hi Reinhard, Thanks very much, that did the trick! I've also created a separate joystick profile for the CX750 per your advice. Jim
  15. Hi Everyone, I have a quick question about using a single profile to apply to multiple aircraft of the same type, in this case the Eaglesoft CX750 2.0 for FSX. I've created a macro to enable my GoFlight MCP Pro to work with one livery of that aircraft, and wish to be able to use it with every widescreen variation (WS) of each livery. There are 8 liveries at this point. Here's what I've set up for it in the FSUIPC.ini file (version 4.9.3.4) - [General] - ... ... ShortAircraftNameOk=Substring ... ... [MacroFiles] 1=4X_DA20-100 2=CX750 [Profile.CX750] 1=Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0 N104CT WS 2=Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0 N120M WS 3=Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0 N199ES WS 4=Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0 N270CX WS 5=Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0 N377SF WS 6=Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0 N426CM WS 7=Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0 N505ES WS 8=Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0 N800ES WS [JoystickCalibration] AllowSuppressForPFCquad=Yes ExcludeThrottleSet=Yes ExcludeMixtureSet=Yes ExcludePropPitchSet=Yes SepRevsJetsOnly=No ApplyHeloTrim=No UseAxisControlsForNRZ=No FlapsSetControl=0 FlapDetents=No ReverserControl=66292 Reverser1Control=66422 Reverser2Control=66425 Reverser3Control=66428 Reverser4Control=66431 MaxThrottleForReverser=256 AileronTrimControl=66731 RudderTrimControl=66732 CowlFlaps1Control=66162 CowlFlaps2Control=66163 CowlFlaps3Control=66164 CowlFlaps4Control=66165 SteeringTillerControl=0 MaxSteerSpeed=60 [buttons.CX750] 0=P157,10,CM2:1,0 1=U157,10,CM2:1,0 2=P157,9,CM2:2,0 3=U157,9,CM2:2,0 4=P157,18,CM2:4,0 5=U157,18,CM2:4,0 6=P157,14,CM2:7,0 7=U157,14,CM2:7,0 8=P157,13,CM2:6,0 9=U157,13,CM2:6,0 10=P158,12,CM2:8,0 11=U158,12,CM2:8,0 12=P158,0,CM2:15,0 13=P158,18,CM2:16,0 14=P158,19,CM2:18,0 15=P101,3,CM2:19,0 16=P101,1,CM2:20,0 17=P158,21,CM2:13,0 18=P157,21,CM2:10,0 19=U157,21,CM2:10,0 20=P157,22,CM2:11,0 21=U157,22,CM2:11,0 22=P158,17,CM2:12,0 23=P158,5,CM2:21,0 __________________________________________________________ I can only get it to work with the first plane in the list - N104CT, as that was the plane I set it up with....am I missing something? Do I have to duplicate the [buttons.CX750] for each livery variant? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks, Jim
