Is there a key press I can set in fsuipc for the guslock on the Q400 Majestic?

Remove the " from the line with ready - I think that is the only line that will work when you have removed "
All the best - if I am not right someone will correct me. On my iPad - check Mr Dowsons manual to make sure the syntax is correct.

Have installed with slight version error (ignored it) and working OK used 45a full install. Mr Dowson will sort it out when he returns from his jaunt

Have tried 4.923 and unfortunately it outputs the same error - so I think I will try a re-install and see what happens. Thanks again for all your help. Will keep you informed.

Installs OK into FSX and P3D 1.4 (have all 3).

Have timed the disconnects for rudders (Saitek) - it seems to happen around every 11 mins- even if I have used them for taxi etc ?? Been in bios and set legacy usb and usb 3 to enabled and EHCH to off.
I fly the dodo helo and they seem to disconnect randomly when flying it - strange again.
Thanks for quick reply - will keep on "experimenting" - my X52 pro is 100% better in FSUIPC than FSX or Saitek software (which has been uninstalled).
The next thing I will try is another usb port. :razz:

Have tried another usb port for rudders and "touch wood" - they have been OK all day - with NGX and Dodo - Thanks for all your help Peter and A Happy New Year.

It certainly sounds like there's some sort of disconnection glitch which is causing this -- maybe wiring or maybe something in the unit itself. The symptoms you describe are exactly what you'd get if you pulled the USB plug out and plugged it in again. FS wouldn't recover from that without reloading. FSUIPC does rescan for new connections when you go into its options.

I have the same problem with saitek X52 Pro rudders - they switch off and I hear the system noise - I just go in and out of FSUIPC and after scanning like you said Peter the rudders work. Have taken off power control but still same - only started recently. Only the rudder switches off - joystick stays on - weird. :cry:

Hi,
Can this key command be stopped or deleted from FSX any way when it starts : CTRL+VK_SLASH => INVOKE_HELP .
My friend finds he keeps catching the keys when he does shift+/ mistakenly and the help screen comes up - we have tried to reconfigure in FSUIPC with key press commands but I think we cannot do it that way.

Because PMDG have their designed their own AP in their aircraft and no 3rd party software can use it (that I know off) - the ap in fsnav likes the"standard microsoft ap".

Thanks all - looks like it is me - but would have thought the prop would be a gradual thing no t off or on.??
Does this only happen to me - I know u cannot see all paramaters but it will not climb.

Will someone give me instructions on how to taxi SLOWLY in the Twotter. Which way do you have the props etc - my air speed indicator goes up to 40 and shift -z shows around 27 - only way to slow it down is braking on and off.
It does'nt appear to be any different with the patch. Does the prop feather lever only work in two places or is it supposed to be gradual.

Why didn't Lago edit the elevator profile instead of sending it out like that. Why should u tell us how to edit the airfile - not very good Lago.I wish Lago would knock on my front door with my £15.00p they could them wipe of the Twin Otter files for theirselves. One of the worst planes I have d/l - freeware or payware. I feel like I have been ripped off.
Very dissapointed.
