We are rebuilding a Frasco sim, taking out the old, & for various reasons, we will be using FS2004.
The sim is a Harvard/Texan simulator, so we will be using FS2004 with a suitable plane add-on.
I also will be adding in a Beechcraft Mentor.
So, my question is asking the best way to switch between aircrafts by using a push button on the dash panel. We want to minimise the use of keyboards.
I was thinking of a few pushbuttons that, when pressed, will select an aircraft of choice, OR selecting a flight.
Any ideas?

Thanks, Pete, works perfectly.

Sorry to hop in here, but having the trim on the mouse wheel is great. Do forget about it at times, but very useful.
Mmmm, rocking the mouse wheel left & right for rudder trim? Just a ponder.

Thanks, Pete, will let you know how things go. This is for a two seater jet that we've done for our VA. Rear seater is the instructor position. Was quite fun setting up switches in the back that duplicates switches in the front. All working with no problems at all.
I can only say to all, read the manuals, over & over. It's all in there!
Thanks again.

Thanks, Pete, Never done lua's before so this could be quite a challenge. I should have said it's FS9, but will (try) have fun with this.

Hi there,
I would like to have a push switch on my panel that, when pressed, will play/do an instant replay of the flight I have just completed. I have an idea that mouse macros could do the trick, but am lost on how to do this.
Any ideas, solutions

Thanks, Pete, I thought that's the best way to do it. Now to study up lua's.
Thanks for your prompt reply, have a great weekend.
