 I use FSUIPC in P3Dv3.0 for triggering fs2crew ngx reboot but those options are no longer in FSUIPC4 4.944 P3Dv3.0

I have a new fsuipc490 installed and I want him Registering with my 12 reg key number and he says this is not good

[Pro Flight Throttle Quadrant goes full power????]

I use the Pro Flight Throttle Quadrant, everything works well and suddenly the throttle goes to full power, I move the lever forward and then back as he remains in the null position and then he goes full power again.

after reboot the PC it turned out fine with the installer

When i try to install FSUIPC it does not install to my FSX folder but it install it to mydocument folder how can i solve this problem??

I use Windows 7 64 bit.
