FSUIPC and AI Toggle

With a registered copy of FSUIPC, is it possible to toggle AI traffic on/off and with varying degrees of traffic percentage? If so, can a hot key be programmed for this either on the keyboard or joystick? I ask because the text in the readme doc of recent versions of FSUIPC refer to an AI traffic toggle. This would be a great feature, if it's truly possible. Thank you so much.
