  1. Thanks for sample, I'll show it for NavGPS staff if I can't figure anything else out. I've tested Memory Map Navigator in my pocket pc and it works just fine with GPSout so propably there is something wrong either on NavGPS settings or the program itself. Once again thank you very much for all your help.
  2. Hi Peter and thank you for answering. I've tried GPSout 2.55 with Flight Simulator 2004. COM-port, speed and connection cable are 100% correct. I was mostly unsure about the sentences defined in gpsout.ini (and yes, my Ipaq 3630 uses serial connection :) ) My point was, that the maker of NavGPS claims NMEA messaging style of GPS equipment (in this case GPSout) doesn't follow the standards. This is something I hope you can answer as you're the creator of gpsout. Does GPSout NMEA messaging meet the standards? If it does, I'm done here and I should start to bomb NavGPS manufacturer with my questions :D
  3. Hi, I've been trying to get NavGPS for pocket pc to work with FS2004. I've configured gpsout as follows: Sentences=GGA,RMC Interval=1000 Port=COM1 Speed=4800 Problem is that NavGPS keeps telling me: "Waiting for NMEA gpgga" NavGPS maker Snowlion tells on their site: "Do you see the message 'Waiting for NMEA gprmc'? Do you see the message 'Waiting for NMEA gpgga'? If yes...that means that these required NMEA message is not being received. On some gps receiver units, you also have to enable the transmission of message types individually. Otherwise, you'll have to check the gps receiver manual and make sure that these messages are supported." What might be wrong?
