Pete is clearly the man, the expert, and the genius in these things. I should not have jumped in with what worked for me, because it was obviously not a correct fix. I only did, because I was tangled in your same frustration for a long time and felt your pain.

Increase the null zone in the FS9 CHPro rudder sensitivities. FSUIPC's settings will still work and the brakes will release as expected.
