of course: I should install a newer version !
But at first I should solve my problem with understanding. To avoid further problems.
The FSUIPC must work, the last two months I was connected to Ivao with Ivap client using FSUIPC, everything is documented in the Ivao-system.
In the FSUIPC4.log: system time: 15/08/2016
.ini : same date , 3 minutes earlier
If this FSUIPC is not working, there must be a second FSUIPC ! Is that possible
