    Upgrade fsuipc 3.99 is failing to load on my machine running Windows 7 under Administrative Privelages. I have fsuipc 3.98a installed. When I run the installer it fails with program did not load correctly and flashes up a message which disappears too fast to read. But I think the installer is failing to find the registry path for fs9.1. Please advise?
