All of a sudden I am getting a error message when I load FSX, I don't know what is causing it to happen. How do I correct the problem and what do I need to furnish to get this accomplished?

I purchased Orcas Island back on 2-23-04, had to format my hard drive and lost all my scenery on FS2004. How can I go about getting another download of this scenery? Refer to Order #87685. Thank you.

I was just wondering, a few months ago we were told that some General Aviation planes would be added to an update of FSSE. I have read numerous requests for addition of GA to the program. Does anyone have any idea when this might be released or at least an approximate time? By the way FSSE is a great program.

Can you tell me why I cannot get any of the sounds I have added to FSSound to work in FS2002? This is about the third time I have lost all the sounds I added. As I recall, when I reinstalled it previously it worked OK, but for some reason I can not get it to work this time. Also, when I reinstall the program why does it not ask for the key, it just reinstalls. I have deleted it from the Control Panel and deleted the files left in the folder. I have added all the sounds files and cfg's I had made to the proper folders after the deletion but nothing happens. Thank you.

I believe I mentioned before I had to reinstall Windows XP and in the prcess some how lost two of my keys. I need one for Emma Field and the other for Honolulu. How do I go about getting these key numbers? Thank you.

I had to reinstall all of my Lago sceneries due to a Windows XP problem. When I reinstalled GeoRender 3 and loaded it within FS2002 I got the follow message:
Scenery library object not found
This may cause some scenery such as some buildings, no not displayl
ID:0x4F47414C, 0x38667254, 0x00000001, 0x0000000F
What would cause this to happen?

I have lost my key for GeoRender 3, Diamond Point. How do I go about getting this information.

I just reinstalled the program and now it works. I initially reinstalled it from the LAGO reinstall menu and not the Control Panel, that may be why it wouldn'd work after my first try. Sorry!

I do have active camera on my system but I had this happen one time before I even had active camera but I can't recall how I got it fixed. Any suggestions as I have already reinstalled the program and it still doesn't work?

The download size is not a factor in whether I buy a product or not as I am on broadband.

I have been using FS sound without any problems but suddenly it is not working. I have tried reinstalling the program but it still does not work. What should I be doing next? Thank you.

I messed up when I made reference to Lago, my brain hasn't started working yet, I meant Flightsim.Com, sorry.

There must be a problem somewhere in the Lago system with accepting credit card charges as I submitted my card number for membership renewal and it also was rejected. I called the card company and they said they had no record of a rejection and my account was in good order with a "0" balance. Someone had better look into this matter it causes a lot of frustration for we customers. I have since resubmitted and hope it is accepted this time.

Well, I followed your directions and now have two lighthouses!!! I don't understand what happened but at least I have lighthouses. Is there any way I can delete one of the lighthouses without eliminating the other object? Thank you very much.

Thanks for the suggestion, I did press yes and so far it seems to be working , the error message has not reappeared so far, if it does I will let you know, thanks again.
