Hi Maybe I have a similar problem with the version 4.90. I have FSX with acc pack, Win 7/64, Aerosoft Airbus A320, CH Products Thorttle Quandrant. Radomly I got CTD when moving the throttles configured with FSIUPC. I tryed to rescan and recalibrate the throttles but sometimes something wrong happes that causes FSX to crash.
