PMDG Cockpit Display inoperative on FS9

I had the exact same problem with PMDG and FSUIPC. I deleted my all my FSUIPC files except the .dll file (to make FSUIPC unregistered), restarted FS2004 and PMDG worked great. Problem only occurs when FSUIPC is fully registered.
