[Addon scenery not seen by DB Manager (solved)]

Hi Volker,

 

Sorry for late reaction. I have done the copy of the file scenery.cfg to scenerycfg.fsc in the root folder of FSX and I have re-run the DB Manager and now everything is OK. All sceneries are included.I have still one problem now. It is only for one scenery (HKJK from orientalsim). This airport has one ILS on runway 6 and it doesn't appear in FSC 9.6. I have checked in FSX and there the ILS beam is working. How can I solve that?

[Addon scenery not seen by DB Manager (solved)]

I have installed a new scenery for an airport which is installed in the ADDON scenery folder of FSX. This scenery is correctly loaded Under FSX.

 

When I ran the DB manager for FSC, and then run FSC , I see only the schema of the FSX default airport which is not correct. It should show an updated airport schema based on the new installed scenery.

 

here is now my config:

 

1. FS X acceleration SP2
2. FSUIPC* / WideFS version 4.90

3. FS Commander and Database Manager 9.6 latest build

4. navdata airac ccyle 1502
5.  download version from your website
6. Operating System Windows 8.1

 

Can you help me on this?

[FSC blocked with new airac 2014-12 (solved)]

Hi

 

It seems that the same problem is present with AIRAC1501 from navdata. I had to reverted to my last airac from july to make FSC work again.

 

when I replace djinter.fsc with the one from july, FSC responds, when it is the file from januray, it says FSC "not responding"

 

BTW I am using FSC version 9.3_HF1

[Frame rate drop with FSUIPC v4.0.6]

I have installed and registrered FSUIPC v4.0.6. I have noticed that there is frame rate drop of about 2fps

Compared to which previous version, please? Have you tried 4.07, the current version at all?

A 10-15% drop is what most folks have reported, including myself, though there have been some saying as much as 30-40%, but I think there are other severe problems with those systems.

As far as we can tell, this performance impact is apparently down to the TCP/IP protocols being used between SimConnect and the main parts of FSX. We are hoping that the expected performance update for FSX will provide some improvement here.

I will try with version 4.0.7.I didn't have any version prior 4.0.6 (I purchased it on friday).

Hi,

I have installed and registrered FSUIPC v4.0.6. I have noticed that there is frame rate drop of about 2fps

Before I was able to reach my target of 20fps and now It seems to get no higher than 18.1fps

is it normal??
