[Cannot import FSC flight plans into FSC]

Volker, FS Build have just introduced another update, by the sounds of it there may have been some issues which needed addressing and the good news is that it has fixed the problem. Windows 7 can remain in the box for now!

Yes, I saw that as well, checking the FS Build site shows that update 2.1 includes the ability to export to FSC. my update must be corrupt, but as you say that seems to be the problem.

Apologies Volker, my comments are not saying a fault lies with FSC, just that I have this temporary glitch between FS Build and FSC. I have totally removed FSC and re-installed again, unfortunately with the same results. So I think I can safely say no problems with FSC (It was a clean and fresh D/L).

My next step will be to do the same with FS Build. If the situation remains the same it could well be associated with Windows 8, in that case I might revert back to Windows 7!!

Hopefully not, many thanks for your input Volker, If I get it sorted I'll let you know, but for now, it's late, will have another try tomorrow.

That is all I can say Volker, as regards how it is presented to FSC, it will not open to show me how. By that I mean it gives the same old message "Sorry this is not a valid FSC flight plan"

Volker, got the same problem, have checked the paths and seem OK. I am using FS Build to create the FPs and exporting to FSC. I had no problem when I used Windows 7, but I am now on W8. FSC works fine and if FPs are created in FSC that is not a problem, they work fine as well. FS Build also works fine on exporting to other formats. Is it possible there is a incompatibility between FS Build and FSC within W8 system?
