NGX offsets

Hello Or find the offset to use NGX in FSUIPC? In the pdf file at the FSUIPC is ofset style "65E0" But FSUIPC does not accept the offset so commentt do? or find the offset style x10000 - x1FFFE? Thank you for your help 'cause the file
