Dont venture into FSUIPC often. Thanks have fixed the external view. :) Still doing a slight stutter when pressing right on Hat

I cant find the bit where it says pan view in axis assignment

I run it hat switch through EZDOK, Should I do it through FSUIPC. I untick my controller in control settings also.

Sorry forgot to put it in, I do use FSUIPC I run my controls through it in fsx.

Hi guys Before I installed FSUIPC I could move around the outside locked spot view with left, right, up and down on hatswitch,. I installed FSUIPC and now when I go into locked spot to pan around aircraft it only moves when I use left and right on hat switch up and down doesn't work anymore. Is this FSUIPC related ? Also when I load into a aircraft and hit right on hat switch is stutters a bit and then moves freely ?. I use EZDOK and fully registered FSUIPC. Thanks :)
