Real wheather won't update in FSX

Hello, i am using FSX gold edition without anyother addones, my base airport in cairo, Egypt, and the weather have been NOT changed for about 2 months and stills yet, it says always 332/11 , while i am using the feature of the every 15 mins. update. i am really asking for help, i dont know what to do at all. thanks a lot, and hope to hear as soon as possible.
