Looks like the uploaded Installer was corrupted somehow. I downloaded it myself and got the same result. I've re-uploaded it now, so please clear your cache (F5 I think0 and re-download it.

I've added a DLL.XML file corruption check, which, if you run it now without first deleting your old corrupted DLL.XML, will prompt you to delete it and re-run the installer.

maybe this problem is caused by windows 10 fall creators update? Or maybe there´s something wrong with the installer?

I uninstalled prepar3d and reinstalled it right now. After that i installed FSUIPC5 and after that i got the same error: FSUIPC is not activate in my simulator.

It seems that FSUIPC creates the DLL.XML at the wrong direction (AppData-Roaming).

Hi! 

I installed FSUPC 5 for Prepar3d v4 today, but i can´t see the FSUIPC menu  in Prepar3d. There´s even no "Addons" Menu. There was no error message during the installation process-.
