Well I think I discovered what the problem was.  I have two completed orders for the same item (FSUIPC4).  Used the second key number and it worked fine so all is good.  Do not know what the other key number is for?  Now I need to learn how to "properly" use the program.  This will take some time and study.  Just a old CFI-I not a computer Guru. Thanks for the support, much appreciated.

Thanks for the response Thomas.  I have read the .pdf and double checked the registration as to showing the same.  In my history I show two orders that are closed.  The one that was paid for is #1533121.  I will pay closer attention to the .pdf and copy/paste the info.

I have purchased the FSUIPC4, customer # 294620, order# 1533121 and the install routine will not accept my Key #.  FSX-SE running win 10.  Would like to try the program.

Hi, I would like to buy the FSC program for flight planning, but the controls for Saitek do not show in FSX control settings and are not working.  All that shows is the mouse.  When FSX is run without the FSC program, at the same time, all the Saitek controls work fine.  Probably it is something simple but I would like to fly and see how good the flight planner is when the system up and fully running before spending more money on more add-ons that is published with great marketing, but not running well with FSX.
