3 monitor display hookup instructions for FSX steam addition

Have windows 8.1 and am trying to hook up 3 monitors. The 3 monitors work fine with Windows,but when I load FS, steam addition, the main monitor displays a small portion of FS. I have a i5-4590 cpu@3.30 GHz, 16 GB ram, 64 bit operating system and a GeForce GTX 760 graphics card. Need instructions.
