You're right! After changing the file extension the log was there. My order number is 1356598 and I did start up FSX and opened FSUIPC4 but could not find a log file. The other files you mentioned are there but no log?

Customer No. is 304737 but I did not find (FSUIPC4.LOG) in the Modules File.

Current version was downloaded today from http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.htmland installed. Checked New Registration and copied my user information from Sim Market at https://secure.simmarket.com/account_history_info.php?order_id=(customer number deleted) but still only have "About" and "Logging" tabs available to me.

MOVED FROM "FAQ" SUBFORUM TO SUPPORT FORUM FOR ANSWERING Purchased FSUIPC4 last year and it ran fine, then re-installed it after a computer crash under Windows 10 this year. Re-downloaded FSUIPC4 from SimMarket, checked "New Registration" and copied my user information verbatim but when using MS Flight SimX I don't have full functionally. Checked the Key file in Modules and the user info and Key is correct. Deleated FSUIPC4 and repeated this process several times but no joy. If someone can help me I would sure appreciate it.
