TCAS Troubles pls help

It says to set the TCAS range in FSUIPC to 40 or greater--I have an unregistered copy (I am not allowed to spend any more money on FS addons right now--but I want to buy the full copy) and i cannot see where to do this--right now my vertical speed works but i get no TCAS info any users of the IVSI (for 767PIC) in FS2004 work

Ohh the IVSI is the VSI thatas digital and has the TCAS
