WideServer...unable to connect after upgrading to 5.4.1.0

I am using WideServer and WideClient to connect 3 PC using the IPX protocol and Windows 2K Pro (all service packs and updates).

WideServer/WideClients have been working rock-solid for months... until I upgraded to the latest version (5.4.1.0) yesterday.

After the upgrade WideServer kept flashing "waiting for clients" and the WideClients flashed "waiting for a connection". The error logs kept growing with "no connection messages".....

Sooo, I reverted to version 5.3.0.0 and everything works faultlessly again.

I guess it proves the old adage "If it ain't broken, don't fix it" :shock:

I have not seen any other posts about this, so perhaps it is unique to my particular (or peculiar) setup....
