FSUIPC locks FS9 at Startup

For some unknown reason and all of a sudden, when I start FS9 and get to the point where the "Loading Scenery Files" starts, the program locks and I need to CTRL/ALT/DELTE to unlock the computer. When I remove FSUIPC from the MODULES Folder, the problem goes away. Any suggstions.

I suggest backing up your FSUIPC.ini file into some other directory, then deleting the real one while FS9 is shut down, forcing it to create a new one.
