fuel offset problem - 0AF4

When using default Cessna 172 and FSInterrogate the 16bit number read for fuel weight is 1536, this is then /256 to give 6lbs.

Regardless of my fuel load it always reads 6lbs.

Any idea why this is please?

Ive just found out why, that offset is for lbs/gallon weight, not total fuel weight. so 6lbs per gallon is correct, duh!
