import FSX flight plan into jeppesen flitestar

please, i want to import FSX fly plan into jeppessen flitestar/flitemap can i do this with FstarRC ?

I don't think so. FStarRC is designed to export FliteStar flight plans to FS (FS9 format also readable in FSX) not the opposite.
