Offsets don't work after reinstall OS and FS [Solved]

Hi.!

Some years ago, I set some offsets with FSUIPC, and worked perfectly, but I had to reinstall Windows XP, and I've reinstalled the FS2004, but to reconfigure the offsets, they do not work, does work role assignments FS, but nothing to configure for offsets.

I'm doing everything the same as last time, what may be happening now?
