Cowl Flap Assignment

Hi! First post here, I'm a begginner in programming Fsuipc.

 

How can I create a joystick button to FULLY OPEN and another to FULLY CLOSE cowl flaps?

You can do this using the fsx controls for increase and decrease cowl flaps.  Just assign each one to a button.  You will find these in the List of FSX Controls in the Documentation folder under fsx/Modules.  Repeated presses will gradually move them to fully open/closed.  Or use the "control to repeat when button pressed" facility in the FSUIPC dialogue window.
