Download links not working

Hello

I purchased FSUIPC7 over the weekend at simmarket.com.  The download link never does anything but spin around then times out.  I opened a ticket with simmarket and they said try on this website which I did but none of the links are working here either.  I have turned off my antivirus and firewall but still wont download.  Anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions?  I know I am probably overlooking something but this is Strange!

UPDATE:  I tried on a different computer and it downloaded on first  try, not sure why it wouldn't download on the first machine!
