MakeRwys MSFS - Taxiway Names incomplete

If you look in the T5 CSV file, the taxiways are not numbered. 

For example, in Columbus, There's taxiway C and C1-C9 (http://aeronav.faa.gov/d-tpp/2111/00094AD.PDF)
Yet what was generated for taxiway CMH was just "C"
