  1. Thank you for the hint! At the end it was not a faulty button, but one of the Saitek Throttle Quadrants was not properly connected to an USB hub. After connecting in a right way, there is no problem anymore.
  2. I had re-installed P3Dv5.1 (newest version) and updated to FSUIPC 6.1.0. The recognition of axes and their calibration is working fine. But I don't have any success with buttons and switches (from Saitek Throttle Quadrants, GoFlight modules, buttons of my Brunner yoke). When opening the buttons & switches page, there is yoke # 1, button # 6 displayed. When I press any other button or switch, there is no reaction. So I cannot program them. I enclose the log file. FSUIPC6.log
  3. Thank you so much, Pete and John! I was able to solve the problem by pressing all buttons on my Saitek throttles. Now everything is working just fine again. Best regards Arndt
  4. I have the problem, that unit # / button # are only shown for the fraction of a second, then I press a button (GoFlight modules, Saitek throttle, Brunner yoke). After this fraction of a second, the display always is "jumping back" to the value 1 / 7. Therefore it is impossible to programm any button. This problem is only with buttons. Axes are working fine. I am sure, that my FSUIPC installation is fine (Windows 10, P3D v4.5). Especially I have installed the dll for GoFlight modules. Any idea to solve this problem?
  5. Thank you, Thomas! Much appreciated! (oder auf gut Deutsch: Vielen Dank, Thomas!)
  6. Sorry to bother you, Pete. Of course I had made a Google search before questioning in the forum.
  7. Hello Pete, I tried to locate the SayStatic program on http://code.google.com/p/raptor-chess-interface/downloads/detail?name=SayStatic.exe&can=2&q=, but I didn't found it. Can you help me out? Kind regards Arndt
  8. Pete, I believe, our definitions of hanging are identical: I am starting the program, the first window 'Prepar3D is showing up, then at a RAM usage of around 70 MB, CPU usage is going down to 0%, the selection window (for selecting airport, plane, ...) is not showing up, this condition is remaining constant, and I have to end the P3D process via the task manager. Therefore the information in the log file about frames is not correct: I do not reach the level of a flight. And the P3D process doesn't terminate 'normally', when P3D is hanging. My interpretation is, that FSUIPC is conflicting with something. Not always, but mostly. Unfortunately I don't find the 'devil'... Thank you for all your efforts! And sorry; if I haven't been clear all the time, but English is not by mother's language... Arndt
  9. I now finished the process of elimination. I erased all dll's and exe's, starting with P3D (I cannot imagine, that FSUIPC is conflicting with sceneries). And the end I erased FSUIPC. And now it is clear: if FSUIPC isn't there, my P3D is starting without problems. If it is there, the starting process is hanging. I even erased all FSUIPS files and did a new install. Same result. But I don't know, why I have this effect. I am working with FSUIPC for decades, without problems. I think, that I need a complete reinstall of everything. Arndt
  10. It a software producer, called pollypot software. So far, I wasn't aware of any network connection. Arndt P.S.: www.pollypotsoftware.org.uk
  11. Unfortunately I am not a programmer ... GIT means GoFlight Interface Tool. It is enabling owners of GoFlight modules to put a wider range of programs to the buttons, knobs, etv. of this GoFlight modules. I already erased GIT, but there is no positive effect. Arndt
  12. Here are the two lua files. I am trying now this process of elimination. Arndt ipcinit.zip gitlua.zip

  14. Next attempt. Start P3D. It is hanging, initial menu not showing up, no CPU activity anymore.
