  1. Hi Pete, I must admit that I did read the instructions in haste. I thought I had set the brakes but given the amount of times I have gone back in there trying to work out the problem, I guess it is no surpise they are at their default figures. As for the two issues at hand... The brakes - sorted now. My issue is that in my haste of reading the manual I missed a key sentence: "10. The other option is Rev. If you check that, FSUIPC4 reverses the axis completely, just before supplying the calibrated value to FS." This was my problem. I was calibrating my brakes, and selected Reverse after, not before. Egg on face. As for the rudder, I'm not sure how I ended up with those quirky values. With my toe-brake embarassment fresh in mind, I went through and armed with the User Guide, set them up again. All appears to be working, I am not sure why I didn't notice any anomolies earlier but all seems to be working well. To confirm, I never had controllers enabled in P3D. I've pasted my values again, let me know if anything leaps of the page. Pete, thank you for your patience and I apologise for my hastiness. Your advice is kindly appreciaed. I owe you a few beers mate. Cheers. 3. G'day ammarmalhas, I do indeed have the Reverse box ticked as I recall seeing this mentioned elsewhere, cheers.
  4. G'day Pete, I'm pretty new to FSUIPC and have finally got my head around it, except for the life of me cannot figure out an issue with my rudder pedal toe brakes. The brakes are somehow triggered without my feet even on the pedals, and strangely when I kick a bit of rudder to one side the aeroplane happily moves until I return to neutral rudder position. It is if somehow my rudder and toe brake axis are conflicting. Below are the relevant details: [General] UpdatedByVersion=4962 [Axes] PollInterval=10 RangeRepeatRate=10 0=0Z,256,D,4,0,0,0 -{ DIRECT: Throttle }- 1=0R,256,D,36,0,0,0 -{ DIRECT: SteeringTiller }- 2=2X,256,D,1,0,0,0 -{ DIRECT: Aileron }- 3=2Y,256,D,2,0,0,0 -{ DIRECT: Elevator }- 4=3X,256,D,7,0,0,0 -{ DIRECT: LeftBrake }- 5=3Y,256,D,8,0,0,0 -{ DIRECT: RightBrake }- 6=3Z,256,D,3,0,0,0 -{ DIRECT: Rudder }- Please let me know if there's anything else you need. Cheers, Joe.
