    For some reason I had installed in my community folder as well. Not sure if that need to be there. I deleted that old, removed FSUIPC from PC (before that I unistalled everything), downloaded fresh copy and installed new version. Appears to be OK now. Not sure why I had installed in several places.

    I have no idea why people are having such problems with the installer - there has been no change in the installer for a long time (over a year), except for the files that it installs.
    Do you have an InstallFSUIPC7.log? If so, show me that. But PLEASE use the topic you created for your issue, and not post in topics for other issues which are not the same.
    And make sure you run the installer from Windows Explorer, not in WinRar.

    Yes John, I responded right away. And yes I am using win.RAR to extract files as always. And like every time, always worked, but it get stuck on odd place.

    Were you able to check issue that I asked last week....? I had issue with installations as well where it reports that .PDF won't install and process stops. I removed FSUIPC thinking that fresh install will help. But it didn't. Now when I launch MSFS, on it's own I am getting still FSUIPC, which means it works with some old version of yours. I mean it works but I can't download latest version and use it.

    Not sure if is me or my PC again acting on new .12 version!

    I am unable to install again for some reason and it is getting frustrated. Never had any problem before and suddenly every new version there is some other issue.....But recent .12 suddenly brakes with error: "Extract error writing to file installing an registering FSUIPC7.PDF"  and after I click OK then this screen is showing...that's  it......

  11. Fenix issue

    It was reported that with version 10, Fenix is unable to start....and it is irresponsive. Only update I made was update to v 10 this morning. Since then unable to start the airplane. Please let me know if you have others reporting same issue. Thank you

    Not to open new topic...just a question...

    I am trying to get or purchase FSUIPC6 key but when I skip it install basic version and said to re-run installer and goes on and on in circle....If I press register it installs if I press skip installs it again....obviously basic version. So what do I do...and yes I owned V5 but my understanding that I need to get/buy for V6, but it doesn't prompt me anywhere so I can buy new license....

    Let me know...

     

    Disregard....I found the way...before was that could activate and repurchase during installation.... found the way thru SimMarket....

    I have downloaded new FSUIPC5 for P3D, however after trying to install I am getting message that FSUIPC stopped working? Installed previously free version but deleted module from LM folder because of same issue and because I couldn't see it on Addon menu. Researched the forum and decided to purchase full version. Upon extracting it I tried to install but error keeps popping that  installer stopped working. Any idea guys....? Thank you
