Thanks @ATControl -- Joe. Fixed the issue and allowed me to drink 2 extra beers before starting the game! 😉

For some reason, I am only allowed to attach a file size maximum 0.02MB, so my friend here helped me post the logs. The issue includes TIST as well. I do own a few of the expansion airports and I am able to load all of them normally. The issue pertains to the original 3 airports I purchased with the game.
