Okay, now we have a problem where the person who is playing as tower has infinitely spawning aircraft in arrivals, any ideas?

Since we have the airports through steam they should be the same version, so that would leave the real traffic files, where are they located exactly?

When ever my friend and I start a game the host will load to %90, and the other will load to about %80, we have played multiplayer games in the past, and this is a fairly new problem, any ideas on how to fix the situation would be appreciated
