FS9 wont start FSUIPC problem

Hi I am getting the following message at start up for fs2004. "FSUIPC problem There seems to be duplicate copies of FSUIPC installed please remove older copies, never rename move them out of the modules folder" I dont want to just start deleting files willy nilly, just wondered what the easiest resolve is for this? Sorry if this is repeated but can anyone help me. I have downloaded the latest FSUIP (and purchased the reg keys) however when I install the DLL as instructed FS will not start, the message is, that this version of fs2004 is not compatible it is build 9.01.40901 and should be 9.00.30612 again apologies if this has come up previous I am new to this forum I would appreciate some help resolving this if poss.
