Thank you men What you suggested was the answer Ian. My throttles etc now work as they should.
Cheers Carm.

I'm using a CH Quadrant. I have no problem assigning and calibrating #3&4. But 1&2 will not cooperate. I cannot get an Idle position on them. They won't go lower that about 30 or 40 % position, also when advanced to Full they advance in segments. I can get a Reverse position on them. I have used the FSUIPC for some time----no problems. But not now. I have tried everything I know of, even reinstalling the Fsuipc. Help !!

I can't find an answer to my questions--so here we go. How can I adjust my throttles so that their response begins at the start of the throttle movement, now they only cause the engines to respond when they are about 3/4 open. Also, how do I set the FSUIPC to cut jet engines from an idle. Thanks for any help.

It's a silly question, but you'd be amazed how many people it catches out.
Are you ensuring that the details you are typing into the registration screen exactly match those used for the purchase (e.g. no extra spaces, capitalisation, etc.)?
It's worth using copy and paste if you can.
Ian P.
Ian, you are right on. That is exactly what I did not do.--name " exactly as sent". All is okay now. Another example of ----when all else fails- read the Manual. Thanks

I have purched a registration Key from Sim market, but be darned if it will work. Keeps telling me it's invalid. I have FSUIPC 3.98 on my Fs9 Sim.
The Product from Sim Market is -- 1x Pete Dowson - Fsuipc 3. [as per the invoice]. Is this the correct key download for what I have in my FS 9 ? Thanks for any help.

Thank you for the prompt and helpful reply; I now believe that my problem was sloppiness, on my part.
I checked you suggestions, and discovered that I had not been assigning" direct to FSUIPC"--- which I had been doing in the past. When I resetup my Quad and assigned as per your instructions, the problem is gone. I just checked on the Lancaster and its fine now . Thanks for the help. :)

I have a registered Fsuipc installed and am using it with a CH Quad in FSX. I just recently developed a problem. When I reverte back to my straight CH Yolk. It seems that an Axis used with the Quad is affecting a yoke function Ie - When the yoke throttles are opened to full, if the yoke aerleron is moved, the port engine goes to idle. This can be eliminated by ' restoring ' the system. Some times the problem is when the throttles on the yoke are opened, at full throttle an engines RPMs wil go to Zero.
Sure is frustrating, otherwise I am happy with the FSUIPC. I sure could use some help. :)
