    This is the exact same problem I am having on a Surface Pro, Windows 10 Enterprise. It detects the Xbox Controller that isn't there. For me, it stopped working in early December, after no issues previously. FSUIPC4 Install.log FSUIPC4.ini FSUIPC4.JoyScan.csv FSUIPC4.log FSUIPC4 Error.txt
