PMDG 777 Buttons and Switches becoming inoperable...

Hi Pete, I purchased FSUIPC 6 to work with PMDG 777 on prepar3d version 4. When I downloaded it at first it worked ok. Now it has disappeared from the add on menu in PMDG ( though it appears in the add on menu of the prepar3d). Consequently, my throttle quadrant doesn’t work (go flight TQ6). Could you say what might be the issue?
