  1. Dear all, While setting up/testing all the AP switches for my Bendix Kap-140 AP, I 've encountered a problem...(MSFS/Cessna 172/Mobiflight) When I'm in the sim,and I click the AP's "ALT" button (with my mouse!) , it will Toggle between ALT (ft light goes on,and I can enter the height) and VS ( fpm!!!!/feet per minute) light goes on,and I can enter the "VS speed" with the "UP'+"DWN" button.(fpm light showing in the ap sim But where is this VS mode fpm setting or is there a turnaround?? Help/suggestions are highly appreciated!!!
  2. Thanks a lot! The simkits requires simconnect+FSUIPC. I have tried what you suggested (and have not copied across my FSUIPC7.ini. to the (new) folder on my client.as suggested). However, when I open the the FSUIPC.exe on the client (windows 7, 32bit) to make a FSUIPC7.ini it tells me "the version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows you are running.Check to see whether you need a 32bit or 64bit version of the program "... Am I overlooking something? Thanks again!
  3. How do i connect a program (on a client pc written for fsx 32 bit) to MSFS on the host pc? I have a simkits built cockpit which i would like to use in MFSF. The problem is that the software/drivers etc only work on a 32 bit system only (compatibility on the host 64 bit does not work!!) Therefore i made a network running FSX on the client (32 bit windows 10 through widefs) and fsx on the host, and everything works all soft and harware. But,I would like to use my hardware on MSFX,that was the whole idea:) When I'm starting the software for simkits (simconnect) on the client, and then start MSFS on the host, the program on the client can not make a connection to MSFS. All versions of simconnect are installed on both PC's. I'm also using FSUIPC7 and widefs7... Would be great to make everything work on MFSF,I hope I'm close but can not find the last steps.... Thanks in advance!!!!!!!
  4. Hello, After quite some years I am planning to use my (old) simkits gauges/cockpit with msfs 2020.All worked like a charm on a windows vista PC back then. However I am a bit confused if it is possible to use these gauges (made for a 32bit system) on a new to be bought PC in combination with msfs 2020. As far as I've understood it should be possible (according to the phonecall I had with simkits),but their hardware (drivers) have not been updated to a 64 system. Therefore I am hoping for your help! -Does anybody had some experience with this? -Do I need a second pc running windows xp/vista to install/run the drivers for the gauges? And what needs to be installed on this "slave" pc? -Is it possible to use one pc running xp/vista (32bit) for the software needed for the gauges, and a second (new main) pc for running MSFS 2020? -I guess I will need widefs to make this work, but will both systems work together with fsuipc7/widefs? Thanks a lot for your help!! Jasper
