Multi monitor problem

I just bought Tower3D Pro, when I press the icon to open a new window for the ADIRS or strip, a large window opens and then disappears and it closes the ADIRS or strip at the same time. you can help me ? In which directory is the log file located? I will have sent it at the same time but I cannot find it Thank you
