    Hello I bought the product JOHN DOWSON - FSUIPC7 FOR MSFS on 09/23/2022. It was working perfectly. I had to format my computer so I went to the SimMarket website where I am registered and in my Dowolad history and realized that there is no longer the option to Dowolad, could you help me? thanks

    I bought the product JOHN DOWSON - FSUIPC7 FOR MSFS; I have proof of purchase and order number made on 09/23/2022. I started using it, but I needed to format my computer, so I entered SimMarket, to download the product again, but The option doesn't appear? I tried sending an email to FSRealistic<fsrealistic@gmail.com> but I couldn't. Could the person responsible help me recover the download? Thanks.
