  1. SOLVED! Thanks for your tip. Although it was neither the controllers nor the key mapping which caused the problem, your tip led me the cause of the malfunction. I normally run the Garmin GTN750 addon in the background, in airliners mainly as map display, which is particularly helpful for taxiing. So far I never observed any problem by using the GTN like this, but in connection with the E-Jets it obviously interferes with the autoflight system, if I also enter the route in the GTN. But if I limit the use of the GTN to display maps, there is no problem and every flight with an E-Jet was a pleasure since!
  2. I did many flights with the E-Jets recently. While the majority of them was successful, there was still a significant percentage of flights with unexpected problems: Heading Bug Stuck: I now and then observe that after starting up the aircraft and setting up the FMC for the flight, that the heading bug is stuck. When I try to set the heading, the bug moves just a little and returns to the initial position immediately. The only way to get rid of this problem is to start a completely new flight. Frustrating! Sudden Go-Around Activation: This happens on about every third or forth flight mostly during a stable approach (ILS approach, LOC approach or VOR approach with AP and AT on). Suddenly, the active approach mode changes to G/A mode for no obvious reason. There is no way to re-activate the before stable approach again. The only option to land the aircraft is by turning OFF the AP as well as the AT. Who has ever observed such behaviour and possibly has a solution?
  3. I would like to report back that my problem is solved: After several unsuccessful reinstallations I copied the airfile from the E170 to the E175 directory and changed the reference to the airfile in the aircraft.cfg accordingly. This might not be the correct method, but I guess that most parameters regarding the difference between these two types are defined in the aircraft.cfg. The result is, that my E175 flies great and I can finally use the E175 liveries successfully.
  4. Sure, and I also tried with different weight and balance settings. The difference between the E170 and the E175 is small and you can basically use almost the same settings, but one aircraft can fly, the other can‘t …
  5. Yes, I completed the tutorial as well as many more flights with the other versions successfully. It's not a question of the procedure but rather of the flight model, which seems to be somehow corrupted on my E175. I also compared the aircraft.cfg file of the E175 with that of the E170 and couldn‘t find any irregularities.
  6. Hello I recently purchased the E-Jet series E170/190 and E175/195 V3. Strangely, the E175 is not able to fly. As soon as it is airborne, it starts wobbling around to the left, to the right, up and down. It is uncontrollable. I uninstalled the package and reinstalled it but with no success. The E175 remains unflyable. Has anybody here had the same or a similar experience? What could have gone wrong? The other types, E170, E190 and E195 are perfectly ok, except that the FO's announcement are often faulty and always delayed. Any help is welcome! My simulator: P3DV4 on a Win10 computer Flyfox
