[PFC Radio Panel not recognised after a PC Crash]

The serial Radio is connected to an own serial board on the PC with USB port 16 and 17 and no flag on event viewer
but when it runs the initiation page I only gor RED cross on radiopanel. the two upper once are green hatch.

Are uoy able to tell me what I am doing wrong.

If you want to troubleshoot the issue with Key Send command in FSUIPC7 and Pilot2ATC you just need to ensure you have the latest versions of FSUIPC7 and WideFS7, double-check the configurations of FSUIPC7 and WideFS7, confirm a stable connection between Wide Client and FSUIPC7, verify Pilot2ATC is configured to receive PTT key commands, test Key Send command with other functions in MSFS2020, After doing trouble shoot I think your problem will be solved.

Yes! that works I also have tried this! but I have an problem that last time when I was playing my Keyboard is falling from the table and after that my Shift button is not working in it but when I was using my shift button in MS word or in Chrome etc., it was working perfectly. what did happen to my PC is it keyboard problem or some other technical issue please solve this problem for me, and one think more I don't know is this thread right to post this comment?
