  1. Thanks, that does help. I've got 2 moniters that use FSX, and adding a 2nd computer and moniter will help relieve the burden on the main computer. I'm glad you spoke about Simconnect as I didn't realise that it was used to connect SB. regards Steven Higa from Oxford
  2. I've been flying for years on Vatsim, and have only used 1 computer. I've been using FSX and am pleased with the look and performance. My question is, how do I connect another computer to run some of the other external programs on the seperate computer?, the hope is to release some the prossessing burden on the main computer which suffers in high scenery load areas. I use a registered version of FSUIPC. I know there is a programe that might be helpful but not sure whats it called or how to set it up. I would like to run Navigraph (approach maps), weather programe (REX) and possibly squawk box. I realise I might not be able to get all on the 2nd computer but anything would be helpful. Thanks Steve in Oxford Speedbird 536 Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 Processor: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Processor (6 CPUs), ~3.2GHz Memory: 8192MB RAM Available OS Memory: 8190MB RAM Page File: 2116MB used, 14262MB available DirectX Version: DirectX 11 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti 4gb memory
  3. Thanks for your time I will will follow your advice Steven
  4. Thank you, what are some of the interfaces that speak to FSUIPC and are they easy to install. I'm new to adding switches and such. Thank you Steven Higa Oxford England
  5. Hello, sorry if this is a simple question for the more exsperianced of you. Can I purchase a USB Joystick Controller add switches or other input devices, then let Flight Sim think it's a extra joystick. then allocate actions to my PMDG aircraft using FSUIPC. I currently have a Saitek Yoke, Ruder Pedals, Saitek radio Panel. All of these items are usb. I have tested all these items with an additional Sidewinder Joystick and that worked. Thank you Steven Higa Oxford England
  6. The Multi panels don't work with Flight Sim 2004 either, do they work with FSUIPC? That is my question, if not how do I make FSUIPC see the push buttons? Please help Pete D, your my only hope. Thank You Steven Higa Oxford UK
  7. Hello, I use the Saitek Pro Flight range, the throttles and rudders work fine but the multi panel that should work the auto pilot does not function with PMDG and other payware aircraft. How can I get the key presses and rotary knobs to work with FSUIPC, when I plug my multi panel into the usb port FSUIPC does not acknowledge the buttons or knobs, yet they work with the lame default aircraft. I have FS9 and FSx, I also have the Saitek FS9 and FSX plug in which shows the multi panel is functioning. Is there a way that FSUIPC can be used to configure PMDG(737, 747 or MD-11) or other payware controls. My FSUIPC for both is fully paid version. If it works with FSUIPC then maybe there is hope. Thank you Steven Higa Oxford England
