  1. Sorry Its taken a few days to get back to you Even with my key file and old ini file in hte correct directory FSUIPC was showing the Unregistered user form Yes I tried the installer and I think that they are installed as the same user. I think this is where the problems may come from I don't use an admin account by default and the installers ask for admin privelages prior to running. I think it is my misunderstanding of all all the security policies and rights in win7 that has been causing problems. What appears to have cleared up things a lot is to increase my normal user rights in the FS9 directory to read/write/view rather than the default read/view combination. The upshot is FSUIPC FS9 and all are working quite now happily in a native win7 mode thanks for your help
  2. Hi Pete; A quick question/comment from someone whose been sucsessfully using FSUIPC for a while I've just moved across to a new machine as below WIn 7 Pro 64 bit , FS2004 FSUIPC 3.93 All works fine if I run in XP compatibility mode - FSUIPC finds my registration key and I can set up everything to suit. However if I run as a native Win7 application FSUIPC is there but fails to find the registration. Is this a known issue? I haven't yet checked to see if the keys for other apps (eg Squawkbox) are being read correctly - once I've had a bit more experiment I'll report back Thanks David ps For info I've seen the other comments about the interface sometimes showing problems with - That's being fine here
