  1. Hi Ryan,

Very pleased indeed to hear all this - a good product deserves good support that's for sure. I had made a couple of posts about how ND seemed to be charging ahead with new projects without getting the existing ones fixed, in my case the UH-1 Huey cockpit. Recently I was PM'd by Peter about it so I knew something was happening, and now your announcement - all is looking good. All the best in your new role.

  2. For my money, Nemeth Bros should be fixing the gauges in the Huey before releasing more aircraft. There is apparently no support for the Huey whatsoever and I'm just happy I only paid half price for it - that's all it's worth in its current state. :x

  3. Hi !!!

Nemeth Designs Helicopters are the best !!!

    ..............................

    Thanks

    Capt.Juanjo

    Hi Juanjo and everyone,

Well they are good but it's arguable that they are the best. In my opinion Nemeth should ensure that existing products are up to standard before thinking about releasing new ones.

My case in point is the UH-1 which is still sadly lacking in the avionics department, even after two patches. It's even more annoying since the VC is not easy to fix up unless you know what you are doing and of course it's part of the model which cannot be altered. Please Nemeth will the gauges be fixed, or don't you care about it any more?

If it's not fixed up I doubt that I'll buy another Nemeth helo; I guess I will put this one down to experience and hope that a couple of Hueys currently on other drawing boards are better finished products. :(

  4. Didn't you think of looking in the FSUIPC Options on screen, or perhaps in the supplied User Guide? It's a checkbox on the Miscellaneous tab marked "Make NAV freq increment = 50KHz", and explained in the relevant section in the documentation. I didn't think it was that obscurely labelled. ;-)

    Hello Peter,

I wonder if I could butt in here and take you up on the quoted statement? I'm relatively new to FSX and I had occasion the other day to change the frequency increment of a nav radio. I remembered from FSUIPC3 that I could click a box in the Options screen so I called up my (registered) FSUIPC4 Options screen and.....surprise, shock, horror, there is no such option in version 4. I'd call it "very obscurely labelled" if it is there - or perhaps I and others are missing something here?

I would be grateful for your comments (I'm ready to be severely embarrassed  ), and of course thanks for a great product and great support.

    best regards
