FSUIPC4 with FSX in Vista (and ASE)

Hi this is murray as profesor here are the problem I have I finaly after some 4 hours bought the fsuipc4 than try to instal but my computer showing this publisher licence revocked from the list so how can I instal this things to fly with normal A300B4-200 because aircraft auto pilot joke alt hold no.. alt hold no..hdg hold no..app no.. now forget flying I got problem with this cost me 24 uk any help please best regards Captain Murray Ayata
