Thanks for the prompt reply, Pete. Greatly appreciated and problem solved! Checked the file dates as you suggested and found that the log file had today's date but the .ini was an old file that I had copied and pasted into the Modules folder. I simply deleted it, fired up the sim which, of course, refreshed the FSUIPC5.ini and all is good. Tried a few button assignments and everything is saving as it should. Greetings Pete. Long time user of FSUIPC but I've finally come up with a problem I can't solve on my own. Did a reinstall of P3Dv4 a few weeks back and set up my CH yoke, pedals and throttles using FSUIPC5. At that time I also assigned the the rocker switches and hat switch on the yoke for trims. No problem. All working perfectly. Now the problem - any changes I've tried to make since then only work for the current session and don't get get saved to the .ini file. Examples : 1 - If I select Autosave On and exit the sim, a check of the .ini file shows Autosave Off. 2 - If I assign a yoke button to a function (for testing its simply been Button 2 = Pitot Heat Toggle) it only works for the current session and doesn't show up in the .ini file.
