FSUIPC + FSnavigator + CH Flightsim Yoke

With the F9 key you can get FSNavigator when you're in FS2004. But I heard that it is possible when you have FSuipc, that you can use a button of the CH Flightsim Yoke for getting FSNav. I looked in the tutorial several times but I can't find it. Is there somebody who can explain step by step what to do?
